SAN ANTONIO – KSAT 12 meteorologist Mike Osterhage says a large area of rain along the coast will help generate more showers and storms today.

Rain chances will then go down the rest of the week, Osterhage said.

Osterhage said it also looks like it will be a pretty good Labor Day weekend weather-wise, with only the possibility of a stray shower.

The National Weather Service says to expect scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms Tuesday, with them moving west at 15 mph.
