SAPD seeks tips on aggravated robbery suspects

Three people accused of robbing victim at gunpoint

SAN ANTONIO – The San Antonio Police Department’s Robbery Task Force Unit is requesting assistance from the public in identifying two suspects accused of robbing a woman at gunpoint.

According to a press release from SAPD, the event occurred in August when the victim was flagged down by a female who requested a ride to a nearby apartment complex.

When the victim arrived at the complex, two suspects in a tan Mercedes left their vehicle and robbed the victim at gunpoint.

The female who asked for the ride jumped into the car with the other suspects and fled the scene.

Video of the suspects was captured on camera at a convenience store where they used the victim’s credit card.

Anyone with information on the suspects is encouraged to call Crime Stoppers at 224-STOP. Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
