SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police arrested a man Friday morning following a domestic dispute on the city's Northwest Side.
The call was reported around 8:20 a.m. for an assault at an apartment complex in the 12300 block of Vance Jackson Road.

Police said the suspect, a man in his 40s, allegedly hit his sister and then another man. Officers said the suspect was pepper-sprayed after first resisting arrest.
The family members were not injured.
The suspect has been charged with both assault and resisting arrest.
The investigation is ongoing.
