KERRVILLE, Texas – Kerrville police received a report at 1 p.m. Friday about a suspicious person wearing all black who was following a high school student in the park located in the 2000 block of Singing Wind Drive.
The incident occurred approximately an hour before the report was made, so police were unable to locate the suspicious person.

There is no imminent danger to citizens, police said.
Kerrville police have assigned an investigator to look into the incident, but said it is unclear whether any offense occurred.
Police urged residents to remain aware of surroundings, to not wear both ear buds when walking or running, and to not walk alone on trails.
Police said if anyone witnesses suspicious activity, they should contact authorities immediately.
