SAN ANTONIO – Two people are in critical condition following a crash on Interstate 10 and Frontage Road.
According to San Antonio police, the driver may have been speeding when the car crashed into a guardrail causing it to end up in a median.
Two people were ejected from the vehicle, said police. One person had to be airlifted to San Antonio Military Medical Center while the other person was transported via ambulance.
The crash happened around 3:30 Saturday morning.
