San Antonians flashed their country side Saturday morning at the Corner Store Country Run 5K and Fair.
Ariah Delarosa, 6, wore a pink light-up cowgirl hat that matched her flannel, bandanas and boots.

"Kind of bring San Antonio flavor to it," said Ariah's mom, Jennifer Delarosa.
More than 10,000 people signed up for the event which was held at the Freeman Coliseum.

The event was the 10th Corner Store Country Run of the year. With all the races combined the organization has raised a total of $1.4 million for children's charities nationwide, $750,000 of that goes to Big Brothers, Big Sisters. BBBS is the world's largest mentoring network that matches adult volunteers with children.
"I've got a daughter so I love anything that has to do with kids and the fact that they can throw this run together and still raise money is amazing," said Brittany Martinez, who ran the 5K with her toddler in her stroller.
More than $160,000 stays in San Antonio to help children in the Alamo City.
