2 injured in rollover crash

Driver and passenger taken to hospital

SAN ANTONIO – Two people were taken to the hospital following a rollover crash on the city's North West Side, according to San Antonio police. 

The crash happened around 1 a.m. Sunday.

Police said the driver of the sport utility vehicle lost control while driving on Loop 410 near Evers Road. 

The SUV hit the center median causing it to roll over and land in the middle of the highway, said police. 

The driver and the passenger were taken to the hospital. 

According to police, one person sustained a broken ankle.
